AIRPORT

Flying in

Fly in to Denver International Airport (DEN) or Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE). For those in the Airbnb, please plan to arrive on the 11th of September (Fri).

Where to stay

Vail has a wide range of hotels and Airbnbs. Some family is planning to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Vail, feel free to book there or anywhere else you like in the area, unless we have reached out to you individually about staying in an Airbnb with us.

TRANSPORT

Getting around

A car rental will be necessary for travel to Vail. Please prepare accordingly.

For those at the Airbnb, we will coordinate your travel.

Parking & arrival

  • Please join us the evening before our wedding if you are able for dinner and drinks.
  • There is very little to rehearse, we simply look forward to spending more quality time with our guests.
  • There will be plenty of parking at the Airbnb.

CEREMONY

Eagle's Nest, Vail, CO

Parking & arrival

  • Please park at the Lionshead Parking Structure and walk to the Eagle's Bahn Gondola
  • The venue is accessible via gondola ride, followed by a short 7 minute walk. Golf carts will be provided if necessary
  • We can access the ceremony site starting at 4:30pm. Please try to arrive on time or slightly before, we only have the venue for 90 minutes

Weather

We will be facing south-west into a September sun from 4:30-6:00pm. Please prepare accordingly.

Additional Notes

As noted above, there is a 7-minute walk from the top of the gondola to the venue. Golf carts will be made available for anyone who requires assistance.
